This 20-hour course is designed to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the field of real estate appraisals. Topics covered include appraisers and the processes used when completing appraisals including construction, valuation of the site, and the three approaches to value used in formal appraisals : Cost, Income, and Sales Comparison.
