Required classes for ID Broker License:

Essentials of Real Estate Finance: 20 Hours

Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal: 20 Hours

Brokerage Management: 28 Hours

Real Estate Law is also a required class but is not currently offered by this school; it can only be taught by an Attorney certifed to teach the class.
