Aspiring real estate agents in Idaho must complete a total of 90-hours of pre-licensing classes and pass the final exam for each Module in order to qualify to take the state and national real estate exams. Additional steps include passing a background check, and submitting a Salesperson License Application to the Idaho Real Estate Commission.
